From a distance you see a four-legged workshop, three brands, one digital agency.
Up close you see 20 years of curiosity, a return from military service, two countries, two kids and someone who doesn't sleep at night. Both are true.
In Azerbaijan, my interest in software started in 2005. For a self-taught child back then, the internet was a treasure chest — every page a new world, every forum a teacher.
I was scribbling BASIC commands on the back of math books. Figuring out why an old hand-me-down computer froze would turn into a three-day project. That child is still here — only now there's a real workshop next to him.
“Once you've solved something, you can't help telling someone else. That habit is still the same — only the scale has changed.”
When I came back from the army, two things had changed: first, a new sensitivity to wasted time. Second, the realization that the only way to truly be good at a job is every day, every day, every day of working on it.
From that year on I committed seriously to both Apple device repair and software. Hand skill and code skill became intertwined — neither was left short.
What I learned at the repair bench taught me to write more patient code. What I learned writing code taught me to think more systematically at the bench. The two fed each other.
In 2018 we moved as a family to Türkiye, to Antalya. New language, new customers, new habits. But both sides of the bench stayed the same — device, screwdriver, microscope, oscilloscope, solder, patience.
Here I founded Elma Teknik Servis. Antalya-based but Türkiye-wide — MacBooks, iPhones, iPads arriving by cargo. Each device a case, each case a lesson.
Lately a thing called the "vibe coder" wave appeared. I used to be a developer, took a break, now I'm back — but this time not alone. AI tools like Claude are now a second pair of eyes on my desk.
The system I built started with a simple question: "I've been answering the same questions for 10 years. Why should this knowledge sit in a shelf full of folders?" Answer: it shouldn't. Teach the AI, let everyone benefit.
First it listens to your case. Device, symptom, context — it parses all of it. No clichéd advice, it sees your specific case.
It feeds itself continuously from the canonical repair knowledge base, from feedback, from every case coming back from the field. Each case a lesson — nothing skipped.
Sourced, step-by-step solutions. Technician-level depth. Packaged in the Academy as a full course — for anyone who wants to learn.
Priority isn't money, it's user satisfaction.
Demo is free. 5 queries on us. Up to here we don't ask for a credit card. If it's useful, you'll pay later — and it will be.
All fed by the same vein: real repair experience. The difference — on one side we receive your device, on another you ask the AI, on another you learn it yourself. Your choice.
